If you haven’t taken a lesson on a Trackman before, it’s a game changer. We start by letting you get comfortable in the simulator and once you’re warmed up, we look at the data together to understand how it impacts YOUR swing. From there, we use a variety of training aids, video analysis, and demonstration to help you feel what you are seeing in the numbers. .

What’s more - our coaches love golf, and they love teaching. We teach in a relaxed environment designed to help you enjoy the process of getting better. Want a beer during the lesson? Why not. Want stick around after the lesson to make sure what you learned sticks? We’d love that.

  • PGA Pro Golf Lessons Atlanta Chamblee

    Nico Cabello

    PGA PROFESSIONAL

    Nico joins Atlanta Golf & Social after a successful collegiate golfing career at Clayton State University, just outside of Atlanta. While at Clayton State, Nico put together an impressive resume, including a 2022 performance that earned him both all-conference and all-American honors.

    Nico is the founder of Atlanta Golf & Social’s Player Development Program, a 5-step, group-based approach to helping new players fall in love with the game of golf and build their swing from the ground up.

    Nico is pursuing a career as a PGA professional, focusing on instruction and clubhouse management.

    Josh Gilbert

    LEAD INSTRUCTOR

    Josh Gilbert joins Atlanta Golf & Social with over a decade of teaching experience across Georgia, including stops at The Fields Golf Club in Lagrange and Country Club of the South in Johns Creek.

    Josh’s teaching experience ranges all ages and ability levels, including extensive work with juniors. Josh formerly taught at Aussie Kids Golf Academy and now serves as the Atlanta Tour Director for the Under Armour Junior Tour.

    In his spare time, Josh bartends and plays the acoustic guitar, both of which you’ll see from time to time at AGS.

    Alexis Belton

    TEACHING PROFESSIONAL

    Alexis Belton is a passionate force in the golf world, drawing from her experience as a tour player on the Women's Australian Tour, LPGA Epson Tour and World Long Drive Tour to educate, build and grow the game of golf. Having achieved success on the World Long Drive Tour as #1 American and #3 in the world, she now uses her knowledge to guide others in improving their skills and furthering their understanding of the game in creative ways. 

    Alexis founded Belton Drive Foundation, an organization dedicated to using the game of golf to bring people together across cultures and bridge divides. She shares her expertise during clinics, exhibitions and events around the world, bringing joy and enthusiasm to all ages as they learn a new skill or refine existing ones. Her goal has always been to make a positive impact through an enduring connection between people; one shared love of sport at a time. Description goes here
